No. 17's open plan modern living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Leather sofas combined with the stylish décor give a cosy contemporary feel. In the living area a bed settee provides sleeping for two people if required. The balcony with its sea views provides an ideal location for breakfast or a glass of wine. As the apartment is on the third floor, at the western end of the building, the views are some of the best in the complex. The apartment benefits from free wireless internet, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod docking station, Sky, games and a small selection of books.

The master bedroom offers true comfort, a super-king size Slumberland bed is perfect for couples, yet on request two single beds can be made up. A convenient en-suite comprising of a shower, wash basin and toilet adds that extra touch of luxury. Sea views from the master bedroom mean that you don’t even have to leave your room to check the surf. The second bedroom provides exceptionally flexible accommodation. A chalet style bunk bed consists of a full size double bed base and a full size single top, it is ideal for either a couple, two singles or children. A separate bathroom comprising, a bath with shower attachment, toilet, towel rail and basin serves both bedrooms. A stylish kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, oven and microwave ensures that preparing meals is a pleasure. A dining table seats six for those nights when you want to dine in.

As you would expect, crisp white linen and towels will be prepared ready for your arrival. If you are staying for longer than a week, a change of linen and towels can be arranged. Underfloor heating throughout will ensure that you will be warm and cosy, even on the coldest of winter days.

Waves No. 17 is located in the Waves Complex.  The front of the complex faces south, and Watergate Bay Beach is to the west.  The Waves Complex is approximately 100m from the high water mark on Watergate Bay Beach – so it is the shortest of walks to the sand.  The sea view from the balcony has the beach car park and the flags of  Fifteen in the foreground, but No. 17 is on the third floor and is high above them.

An iron, ironing board, hairdryer and travel cot are all provided. An allocated undercover parking space is situated close to the entrance. Showers and secure storage on the ground floor make returning from a messy day on the beach easy. Boards, bikes and other toys can be secured after a hard day of activities with ease – there is no need to carry them all the way up to the apartment. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedrooms. The apartment is non-smoking.
