All full weeks are Fri - Fri with the exception of Christmas and New Year which are Thurs to Thurs.

Dogs

Dogs come for free. There is no additional cleaning charge made for having dogs to stay. Watergate is, after all, one of the only beachs that does not ban them during the summer months. Guests are kindly asked to clean up any additional hair or sand deposited in the apartment after use.

Depature

Outgoing guests must vacate the apartment by Friday at 10:00, the appartment will be ready for incoming guests at 16:30 that day.

Making a booking

  1. Confirm the dates you require are available
  2. Make a provisional reservation by phone or e-mail and complete the booking form
  3. Pay deposit, by bank transfer or cheque. A deposit of £150 is required for short breaks and £300 for full weeks
  4. On receipt of deposit your reservation will be confirmed
  5. Full payment is required 6 weeks before your stay commences or at the time of booking if you book within 6 weeks of your arrival date
  6. On full payment you will be sent a welcome note including details of how to access the apartment
  7. Deposits and full payments are not refundable. However, if the property can be subsequently let for the amount initially paid or part therof the deposit or the deposit part therof will be repaid

Damages

Unlike the majority of other self catering holiday apartments we do not require a cautionary deposit. This is on the understanding that you inform us of any damage caused during your stay in order that we can rectify the problem before the next guests arrive. Guests will not be charged for accidental damage to small items such as crockery and glasses, but will be charged for damage to larger, more expensive items such as furniture, fixtures and fittings. After two years of lettings we haven't had to make any additional charges of this nature - and with your help we hope it stays that way!

How to Pay

Payments can be made by bank transfer (bank account details will be sent on request) or by cheque. Cheques are to be made out to A Rochester and should be sent to the below address.
